Fairplay Foreclosures was founded in 2005. We are a group of experienced foreclosure investors who have personally purchased and wholesaled well over a thousand properties. We are also licensed Real Estate agents in the States of Washington and Oregon.

Our focus is to provide our investors with invaluable data, training, and support. Fairplay is designed to put our clients on the fast track to success in this exciting and profitable business.

Our clients are able to purchase properties at auction with the assurance that their investments are solid. As a client, you will always be able to approach the auction with confidence — never having to "second guess" yourself.

As one of our clients you will be given access to our powerful website which has been created with incredibly sophisticated technology. You will gain "inside knowledge" which includes "up-to-the second" tracking of postponements, minimum bids and cancellation of sale. You will also be able to track property values, delinquent taxes, a full title chain, and have access to invaluable up to date photos on all properties in foreclosure.

Investors are able to maintain a list of "top picks" which can be updated with personal notes and research. This is extremely valuable information since many properties are rescheduled and you may be given a second chance to consider purchasing a specific property. You will be informed of the new sale date and your research always stays with the property.

On Tuesday evenings we meet with investors who plan to bid at auction that week. At this meeting you will be given in depth market analysis, title research and property condition reports. This will allow you to attend the auction totally informed and secure in your choice of investments.

We have developed the following rigorous process for compiling our data and we have a dedicated staff to accomplish each task:

Initial Data Entry
We contact the County Recorder’s office each day to capture the Trustee data that begins the foreclosure process. Even if the auction isn’t scheduled to happen for several months, we enter the data the day it records. Property details are gathered from several locations and resources at this time and entered into each property profile.
Title Information
It is critical to understand the condition of title for each property before purchase. Our relationship with title local companies allows us to gather and input preliminary title information for each property. We gather information on deed position, liens, bankruptcies, and more to ensure our clients can make the most educated decisions.
Tracking
Sale information is very dynamic and can change at any time. For this reason we track all discontinuances, bankruptcies, opening bid amounts and other information that could affect the sale at auction.

Our platform delivers a powerful tool that can be utilized to make investment decisions efficiently and with confidence. Not only is our data complete, accurate and timely; it also can be customized so you see the information that you need, the way you want to see it. Members are able to create favorites folders and track properties headed to auction. We’ll automatically send you updates via e-mail or text message on your tracked properties.

Our parent company, Fairplay Funding offers cash financing for qualified buyers to purchase at auction with as little as 20% down. We also have programs negiotated exclusively for our clients with Guild Mortgage which allow investors to refinance their purchase based on the appraised value of the property without standard seasoning.

Knowledge is Key

Knowledge is key and information is everything.
